Swell Size 1ft NE
the opposite from yesterday, the NE swell dropping to 1ft up to waist high. prety messy, small mostly short waves. The light early wimds blowing cross shore and forecast E and SE later. the sun shine with clear skies and smooth to moderate seas but the surf break area the water is moving around. low tide at 9:30am with 0.1M as of 6:30am crowd only 2 surfers.
jacking horse pretty small while quicksilver tuason point almost dead flat.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Typhoon "IGME" {TEMBIN} was located based on satellite and surface data at 180 km North Northwest of Basco, Batanes (22.0°N, 121.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is forecast to move Northeast at 17 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
