Small and weak condition this morning about 1ft NE up to waist high. The light winds blowing cross shore and forecast SW the rest of the day. the sun shine with clear skies and smooth clear seas. high tide at 7:30am with 1.4M crowd more than 20 people  all beginners.
quicksilver is smaller. tuason point and jacking horse almost dead flat and wave interval very long time.
At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "IGME" was estimated at 300 km East Southeast of Aparri, Cagayan (17.7°N 124.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. It is forecast to move north slowly.
