Swell condition and height same yesterday small and weak. the ENE swell about 1ft up to waist high. the light winds blowing cross shore and forecast to go WSW and SSW later. the sun shine with clear skies and smooth seas. high tide at 8am with 1.4M and lowtide at 2pm. as of 8am crowd more than 20 people all beginners. quicksilver and tuason point almost flat and jacking horse is dead flat.
At 4:00 am today, Typhoon "IGME" was estimated at 380 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.7°N 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 160 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 195 kph. It is forecast to move North at 11 kph.
