High tide at 5:30am with 1.5M the E swell only up to Chest high, still messy and chop chop waves. its good to surf to the next spot bigger and cleaner but the tide start dropping the swell fading. The medium winds blowing off shore and forecast to go on WSW and S later of the day. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. crowd close to 10 surfers.
quicksilver and tuazon point are bigger and cleaner than in cloud 9 but jacking horse almost the same size and conditon of cloud 9.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "GENER" was located based on satellite and surface data at 405 km North of Basco, Batanes (24.6°N, 121.8°E). Maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph.
