there is no action this morning the tide falling. the E swell dropping up to waist high only. small and has too short. the light to medium winds blowing cross shore and forecast to on NNW and SE later. surfers wait until high tide the forecast is 3ft with light winds blowing offshore. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. crowd as of 7:30am only 2 surfers.
quicksilver and jacking horse same swell condition and swell height except tuazon point are messy.
At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "HELEN" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 60 km South Southeast of Tuguegarao City (17.2°N 122.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 17 kph.
