Swell Size 1-2ft NE
in the morning the swell about 1ft up chest high and clean, but lunch time the swell start to picked up about 1-2ft chest to head high with some over head solid and barreling good quality set. the strong winds blowing off shore and forecast stayed WSW all day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and rough seas.
lowtide at 9am with 0.3M and at 12nn crowd only 3 surfers.
quicksilver and jacking horse due to strong winds only up knee high but tuason point little bit bigger.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Depression "HELEN" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 630 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.1°N 129.0°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 09 kph.
