 The tide start fills in the swell start to picked up even the winds blowing stronger. The E swell about 1-2ft waist to head high. semi clean, strong and powerful with some over head high and barrelling sets. the medium to strong  winds blowing off shore and forecast to go WSW and SSW later. the sun shine with clear skies and smooth seas. as of 9am crowd close to 20 sufers.
quicksilver and tuason point are small only up to waist high rwhile jacking horse is almost dead flat and occasionallly there is knee high.

 At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "IGME" was located based on satellite and surface data at 370 km Northwest of Basco, Batanes (22.5°N 118.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 130 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 13 kph. Meanwhile, Typhoon "JULIAN" was located at 970 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (23.2°N 132.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph. Southwest monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon, the whole Visayas and Mindanao.
