The small swell condition continues. the 1ft E swell up to waist high.
has too short. the light winds blowing cross shore and forecast strong SE and SSE later. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate sea. high tide before 5am and lowtide before 12nn at 8am crowd only 3 surfers.
quicksiver, jacking horse and tuason point are smaller all no crowd.
At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "HELEN" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 290 km West Northwest of Laoag City (19.1°N 117.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 24 kph. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
