Freshining the medium to strong winds blowing onshore and forecast to go SW and S later.   the E swell about 1ft  up to chest high with some occasionally head high set. little bit increassing  this morning but still weak. The sun shine with clear skies and smooth seas. high tide at 9:30am with 1.2M and low tide before 4PM. crowd as of 8am more than 20 people.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "IGME" was located at 270 km North Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.6°N 123.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move West slowly. Meanwhile, another Typhoon with international name "Bolaven" was located at 1,360 km east of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.5°N 136.5°E).
