no excitement this morning  because the wave is tiny. the NE swell up to waist high, semi clean. the light winds blowing off shore and forescast WSW all day. The sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. at 11:00am today crowd only 3 people and lowtide before 1:pm
quicksilver and tuason point very small almost flat but jacking horse almost same wave height on cloud 9.
At 2:00 a.m. today, the Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 330 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.4°N 125.2°E).
