excited on the way to cloud 9 even i heard small wave. i missed cloud 9 action for 3 days. the 1ft NE swell up to waist high. chop chop and small. The winds blowing onshore and forecast to go WSW and S later. the sunshine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas. low tide before 12nn with -0.1M as of 10am crowd only 4 surfers.

At 2:00 AM today, the Shallow Low Pressure Area (SLPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 280 km Southeast of Davao City (6.0°N, 128.0°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
