At 4:00 a.m., today, Tropical Depression and was named "JOLINA" was estimated based on all available data at 390 km West of Subic, Zambales (14.6°N, 116.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 11 kph.
