overnight thunder lightning and strong rain.. this morning til mid day swell in the range of 0.5-1ft ENE small uneven, has too short and chop-chop up waist high. the light wind blowing cross shore and forecast onshore later of the day. overcast with scattered rainshower and moderate seas getting at 8am and high before 3pm as of midday crowd more than 10 peopl.

At 4:00 am today, the Low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 245 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.7°N, 124.8°E). Southwest monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
