Overnight strong wind and rain... the ugly looking swell in the range of 3ft E swell head high, messy chop-chop and has too short with lots of pushing at the back. the strong winds blowing onshore and forecast onshore the rest of the day, the sun shine with cloudy skies and rough seas. getting lowtide before 11am and hightide after 5pm as of 8am zero crowd.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Surigao City (9.8°N, 125.8°E).
