there is no lots of action this morning, swell only 0-1ft ENE knee high messy and short. the moderate winds blowing onshore and forecast onshore the rest of the day, the sun shine with patly cloudy skies and moderate seas, lowtide at 840am and hightide at 321pm as of 9am no surfer.
Synopsis:
At 4:00 am today, the Low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 980 km East of extreme Northern Luzon (21.3 °N, 132.3°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
