the ENE swell bit improve this morning kthan yesterday but only 1ft waist high occasionally chest high semi clean. the tropical storm NANDO too far from siargao. the medium to strong wind blowing cross shore and forecast to move onshore the rest of the day, the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. high tide before 11am and lowtide at 430pm as of 9am crowd close to 10 people

At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 120 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (20.8 °N, 123.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph.
