Fresh NE swell dropping in the range of 2-3ft semi clean, chest to head high with few overhead high sets. the medium winds blowing offshore and forecast cross shore/offshore later of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. high tide at 821am and lowtide at 230pm as of 11am crowd close to 20 people and more crowd early in the morning.

At 4:00 am today, Typhoon "LABUYO" was located at 375 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.3°N, 126.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph.
