At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression "KIKO" was estimated based on all available data at 620 km Northwest of Coron, Palawan (13.5°N, 114.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 20 kph. Weak Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
