At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Depression "ISANG" was estimated based on all available data at 70 km East of Tuguegarao City (17.3°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph.
