At 4:00 p.m., today, The Low Pressure Area (LPA) West of Ambulong, Batangas has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "JOLINA" (14.1°N, 117.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 11 kph.
