a warm morning with swell coming from ENE in the range of 1ft+ waist to chest high semi clean but short wave with some few up to head high sets. freshening the light wind blowing onshore and forecast onshore the rest of the day,. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. low tide at 630am as of 10am crowd close to 20 surfers.
Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "GORIO" was estimated based on all available data at 560 km Northwest of Dagupan City (18.0°N, 114.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 30 kph.
