a fun size swell in the range of 1-2ft E swell waist to chest high clean with some head high and long set. the tide fills in swell start to picked up. the light winds blowing offshore and forecast stayed light offshore the rest of the day ., the sun shine with clear skies and smooth seas, lowtide at 5am as of 8am close to 10 surfers.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "GORIO" was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Batangas (14.0°N, 120.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 26 kph.
