this morning swell 1ft E swell clean but in the mid day swell almost flat short messy and chop-chop, the medium winds blowing onshore and forecast stayed onshore the rest of the day. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas morning crowd only 4 people but in med day close to 20 people.
synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. Today, the center of Tropical Storm "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 420 km East of BASCO, BATANES (20.3°N, 126.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move North at 19 kph.
Forecast:
Luzon will experience cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Visayas, Zamboanga Peninzula, Northern Mindanao and CARAGA will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
