from morning til mid day swell has no improvement the small and ugly looking swell continue.. the  E swell only 1ft  knee to waist high messy and has too short. the medium winds blowing onshore and stayed onshore the rest of the day., the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. low tide at 9am as mid day crowd close to 10 people.
Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. Today, the center of Tropical Storm "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 570 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (25.5°N, 124.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move North at 22 kph. The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 450 km West of Ambulong, Tanauan, Batangas (14.5°N, 116.5°E).
