this morning swell small but clean coming from E in the range of 1-2ft up to chest high with some clean and long head high sets. the light wind blowing offshore and forecast varied offshore/cross shore later of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas. low tide at 7am as of 8am crowd close to 20 surfers.

At 4:00 a.m. Today, the center of Tropical Depression "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 460 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.7°N, 126.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph.
Forecast:
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Northern Mindanao and CARAGA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
