the 2-3ft ENE swell up to head high look like hard wave, bit messy but long swell. the light to moderate winds blowing offshore and forecast offshore the rest of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and scattered rainshower, high tide at 830am as of 9am crowd close to 20 surfers.

At 4:00 am today, the low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 500 km East of Surigao city (9.5°N, 130.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
Forecast:
Eastern and Central Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
