At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "GORIO" was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (11.3°N, 126.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near center and gustiness of up to 85 kph. It is forecast to move northwest at 15 kph.
