morning swell 1ft clean, the tide fills in swell picked up the fun size 2ft NNE waist to chest high clean with some head high and long set. the winds blowing onshore, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas, as of 4pm crowd close to 40 people.

At 4:00 am today,the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 460 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.0°N, 130.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao.
