the uneven swell and  hard wave continue.. early morning swell very small only knee high while strong winds and raining, tide start dropping swell little bit improve up to chest high but still chop-chop. the light to medium winds blowing offshore and forecast offshore the rest of the day. overcast with on and off rain. lowtide at 330pm as of 1pm crowd close to 10 surfers.
Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression "GORIO" was estimated based on all available data at 500 km East of Surigao City (9.5°N, 130.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 7 kph.
Forecast:
Eastern and Central Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
