At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "DANTE" was estimated based on all available data at 1,030 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.2°N, 133.1°E) wit
h maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 15 kph.
