Swell are improving this morning in the range 3-3ft+ ENE up to head high clean with occasionally over head glassy and long sets. the light  winds blowing offshore and forecast offshore the rest of the day,. the sun shine with clear skies and smooth seas. low tide at 5am and high at 11am as of 9am crowd close to 30 people,

At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) East of Luzon has intensified into a Tropical Depression and was named "ISANG" and was estimated at 300 km East of Infanta, Quezon (15.1°N, 124.6°E).
