small swell condition continues.. from yesterday all day small also this morning stayed small, swell only 1ft E knee to waist high, the medium winds blowing offshore and forecast offshore the rest of the day., the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. getting lowtide before 10am ang high tide before 4pm as of 9am crowd more than 20 people.
At 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 50 km Northeast of Surigao City (10.2°N, 125.8°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.
