morning swell messy but surfable but in the afternoon ugly looking swell and almost flat.... a lay day... the light to medium winds blowing onshore and rough seas. as of 5pm zero crowd

At 4:00 p.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 270 km West of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro (13.5°N, 118.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) across Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao. for the latest update of cloud 9 surf report please click HOME at the bottom
