another fun size swell day. swell in the range of 2ft ENE chest high semi clean with some up to head clean and good barelling sets, the light to moderate winds blowing offshore all day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas.
Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "JULIAN" was estimated based on all available data at 305 km east southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.5°N, 124.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 KPH and gustiness of up to 70 KPH near the center. It is forecast to move West at 25 KPH.
