Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the eye of TYPHOON "KAREN" was estimated based on all available data at 260kms West of Iba, Zambales (16.5 °N, 118.8 °E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 200 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 24 kph.
