SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "KAREN" was located based on all available data 260 km West Northwest of Iba, Zambales (16.5ºN, 117.9ºE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 200 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 24 kph.
