fun and clean condition continue, even the heigh drop in but still good, swell in the range of 2-3ft NE up to head high semi clean with some clean and long barelling sets, early light winds blowing offshore but in the afternoon winds moves blowing onshore til the rest of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas.
SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "LAWIN" was located based on all available data at 240 km West Northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (19.2ºN, 118.6ºE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph.
