Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the Tropical Depression "KAREN" was estimated based on all available data at 640 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.6ºN, 130.5ºE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph. It is forecast to west northwest at 11 kph.
