Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the Tropical Storm "KAREN" was estimated based on all available data at 520 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.5ºN, 129.0ºE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 13 kph.
