Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today , the Low Pressure Area(LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 610 kms East Northeast of Guiuan , Eastern Samar(12.8ºN, 131.0ºE). t is embedded along the Intertropical Converegence Zone(ITCZ) which is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
