cloud 9 pumping today, swell in the range of 8ft+ ENE double overhead head high clean, barelling and strong sets, the light to moderate winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with cloudy skies and moderate seas.
SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "LAWIN" was located based on all available data at 930 km East of Tayabas, Quezon (15.4ºN, 130.1ºE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 185 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 25 kph.
