even the ocean not cooperating for the final round of junior and open division but swell height good for grommet still worth watching for the final round for the best surfer of the philippines., according to the host this is the first time for the grommet held at cloud 9 for the final round.swell only 1ft ENE knee to waist high bit messy and short period with few up to head high set. the light winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. the video is the only good wave for the final round.
