Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "GENER" was located based on all available data at 800 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.7°N, 129.6ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 22 kph.
