Swell size 1-2ftNEE waist high, small condition continued this morning, a glassy and long waves and very smooth seas with some head high good barrel set, a cloudy morning with calm winds varried blowing from SW W the sun shine but cloudy skies, as of 7am crowd more or less 12 surfers and no body boarder.
At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm"AMBO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 290 km east of Aparri, Cagayan(18.2°N, 124.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 135 kph. It is forecast to move north northeast at 09 kph.
