All day scaterred rainshower with strong on and off winds blowing from W. swell increassing about 2ft+ waist to head high. semi clean with some good and bigger long set.
At 2:00 pm today, the Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 890 km east of Borongan, Eastern Samar (11.9°N, 134.5°E).
