small swell condition continue, a very small knee to waist high, has too short and chop chop. fresh medium winds blowing from SE. weather update the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. from morning til afternoon no crowd in cloud 9.
At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "DINDO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 140 km North Northeast Aparri, Cagayan (19.7°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 19 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
