the light fresh winds blowing from E. the fresh winds swell stayed small about 1ft NE knee to waist high with too short and chop chop. weather update the sun shine with clear skies and clear smooth seas. crowd as of 7 am more than 30 surfers mostly biginners and kids.
the Tropical Storm (Int'l name: Talim) was estimated 800 km West of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.0°N, 113.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 110 kph. It is forecast to move northeast slowly.
