yesterday afternoon swell about 5-6ft solid and clean. This morning swell drop to 1ft ENE waist high but clean and glassy, weather update. medium to strong winds on and off blowing from W, a cloudy skies and scaterred rain shower with light to moderate seas. crowd close to 10 surfers.

At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "BUTCHOY" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 480 km east northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (12.2°N, 130.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kph. It is forecast to move north northwest at 15 kph. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon.
