Swell size: 3ft ENE

this morning at 7am swell 1ft with medium to strong winds, at 10:30am tide  fills in the swell also start increasing about 3-4ft over head high, solid clean with some long waves. medium to strong winds on and off blowing from W.  The sun shine with cloudy skies and scattered rain shower with light to moderate seas.
At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "BUTCHOY" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 620 km east southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.3°N, 132.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 130 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 15 kph. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon.
