A small clean wave continues this cloudy morning about 1- 2ft E swell waist to head high a glassy and barreling. light winds blowing from W. High tide at 6:40am with 1.7m and crowd close to 20 people. the sun shine with very smooth seas.
At 2:00 a.m. today, a Shallow Low Pressure Area (SLPA) was estimated based on surface and satellite data at 460 km East of Southern Visayas (11.0°N 130.5°E). Monsoon trough affecting Luzon and Visayas.
